Delete your Biegha account and data
How to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
Before you delete
- •Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once processed.
- •Deleting your Biegha account does not affect your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
- •If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, disconnecting those services from Biegha does not delete your Biegha account.
If you can sign in to Biegha
- 1Sign in to your Biegha account using any method (email, Google, Apple, or Facebook).
- 2Go to your account settings and select Privacy & Data.
- 3Select Request deletion of your account and data.
- 4Confirm your request. You will receive email confirmation.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account or cannot sign in for any reason, you can submit a deletion request through our privacy request form. You will need to provide the email address associated with your Biegha account so we can verify your identity.

- • Your profile information (name, bio, photo, contact details)
- • Your listings and photos
- • Your messages and conversations
- • Your saved searches and favourites
- • Your notification preferences
Anonymised
- • Reviews you have given or received (author shown as "Deleted User")
- • Transaction records visible to other parties involved
Retained for legal compliance
- • Financial and payment records (retained for 7 years as required by Maltese tax law)
- • Records related to disputes, fraud prevention, or legal proceedings
Processing time
We will respond to your deletion request within 30 days as required by GDPR. You will receive email updates on the status of your request. You can continue using your account until the request is processed.
If you have active reservations, pending offers, or unresolved disputes, you may need to complete or cancel these before your account can be deleted.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw your deletion request while it is being processed by contacting support. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account.
