Accessing messages
- Tap the messages icon in the navigation bar
- Or go directly to trova.mt/messages
Understanding your inbox
Your messages are organised by conversation:
- Each conversation is with one person
- Conversations may relate to one or more listings
- Most recent messages appear first
Message status
- Unread - New messages you haven't seen
- Read - Messages you've opened
Filtering messages
You can filter your messages by:
- All conversations
- Buying (messages about items you're interested in)
- Selling (messages about your listings)
Conversation details
Each conversation shows:
- The other person's name and photo
- The listing being discussed
- Preview of the last message
- When the last message was sent
Opening a conversation
Tap any conversation to:
- Read the full message history
- Send new messages
- View offer status
- Access the listing
