Item alerts notify you when new listings match your saved search. This helps you find items quickly without constantly checking the app.

Setting up an alert

1. Search for what you're looking for
2. Look for the "Save search" or bell icon
3. Tap to save the search
4. You'll receive alerts for matching items

What triggers an alert?

You'll be notified when:

• A new listing matches your search terms
• The listing is in your selected location (all Malta & Gozo)
• The item is in your price range (if set)

Alert scope

Saved search alerts use a wide scope to ensure you don't miss items:

• Location: All Malta & Gozo (not limited to your current filter)
• Price: Any price (unless you specified limits)
• Category: Matching your search category

This means you might receive alerts for items outside your usual browsing location.

Managing your alerts

To view and manage saved searches:

1. Go to Saved Searches
2. See all your active alerts
3. Delete any you no longer need

Notification frequency

Alerts are sent when new matching items are listed. You may receive:

• Instant notifications for high-priority matches
• Batch notifications for multiple items

Turning off alerts

To stop receiving alerts for a search:

1. Go to Saved Searches
2. Find the alert you want to remove
3. Tap delete or remove
