After completing a sale, mark your listing as sold. This removes it from active listings and allows reviews.
When to mark as sold
Mark your item as sold after:
- The buyer has collected it
- Payment has been received
- The transaction is complete
How to mark as sold
From your listings
- Go to My Listings
- Find the listing
- Tap options or Mark as sold
- Select the buyer (if applicable)
- Confirm
From a reservation
- Go to the reservation in messages
- Tap Mark as sold
- Confirm the sale
Selecting the buyer
When marking as sold, you can identify the buyer:
- Select from users who made offers
- Or mark as sold without specifying
Identifying the buyer:
- Enables them to leave a review
- Shows as a completed transaction
- Builds your sales history
What happens next
After marking as sold:
- Your listing shows as "Sold"
- It's removed from search results
- Buyer and seller can leave reviews
- Your sales count updates
Can I undo a sale?
If marked incorrectly:
- You may be able to undo recent sales
- Contact support if needed
- Reviews cannot be undone
